You Make All the Difference
We have been blessed with so many technological gadgets in these days that we are living in. And I must confess that I love them. Well, maybe not all of them, but I do very much enjoy using and having quite a few of them. I absolutely love having the ability to not only have a phone near me at all times, but I have all the gadgets that come with it. The camera, a compass, a weather radar, a level, a flashlight, an instant notepad, an encyclopedia, a dictionary and beside all the other things… I especially love having an entire library at my beck and call! Wahoo!!! Because I love to read!!!
However, there is one thing I have noticed that I would like to share. It seems that the more time saving devices we have placed in our hands, the actual less time we seem to have. So, that being the case, please allow me to warn you of God’s powerful admonition to us all. “Let us not give up the habit of meeting together, as some are doing. Instead, let us encourage one another all the more, since you see that the Day of the Lord is coming nearer.” (Hebrews 10:25 GNT).
We are so blessed to have a diverse cultural group that attends our church. We have many people who consider The Pentecostals as their church home. If they need a wedding, a funeral, counseling, prayer at the hospital or whatever spiritual… this is where they turn. This is wonderful! AND along with that, they want this church to be here and to grow as well. If you are one of those who would like this church to grow, you can very easily help make that a reality!
3 Keys to Seeing Your Church Grow:
1.Be there! – your participation is contagious to others. It lends excitement to our service and helps Pastor to preach better.
2.Testify! – eyewitness reports are powerful. Tell someone!
3.Bring someone with you. – the greatest joy in life is seeing someone else transformed.
